摘  要:利用2000—2018年中国15个茶叶主产省的相关数据,分析了中国茶叶生产布局变迁特征及其影响。结果表明:中国茶叶生产规模不断扩大,增长率变化呈"倒U型"趋势;茶叶生产区域布局呈现出进一步向长江上中游特色绿茶重点区域迁移的趋势。六大茶类中,绿茶一直是主导茶类,乌龙茶发展平稳,黑茶、白茶、黄茶增长迅速,红茶依然保持较高热度。绿茶、红茶和黑茶主产省发生了明显的变化。茶叶生产区域布局的变迁对茶叶的供求关系和市场价格产生了重要的影响。Using the relevant data of 15 major tea-producing provinces in China from 2000 to 2018,this paper analyzes the characteristics and influence of the change of tea production distribution in China.The results show that the scale of tea production in China is constantly expanding,and the growth rate changes in an"inverted U-shape"trend.The regional layout of tea production shows a trend of further migration to the key areas of characteristic green tea in the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River.Among the six tea categories,green tea has always been the dominant tea category,oolong tea has developed steadily,dark tea,white tea and yellow tea have grown rapidly,and black tea has remained relatively hot.still maintains a high degree of heat.The main producing provinces of green tea,black tea and dark tea have changed significantly.The change of regional distribution of tea production has an important impact on the supply and demand of tea and the market price.
