完善基层党建共建工作的实践与思考

摘　　要：江汉油田外部工区围绕油气田高效开发,以党建共建为纽带,整合党建资源,集聚工作合力,推动了党建工作与中心工作的相融共进和全面提升,取得了一定成效。要进一步做好江汉油田外部工区基层党建共建工作,就要坚持目标导向,抓好顶层设计;坚持问题导向,补齐工作短板;坚持效果导向,推动企业发展。The some results were achieved due to the external working area of Jianghan oilfield around the efficient development of oil and gas fields,taking the co-operation of Party building as the link,consolidating the resources of Party building and assembling the joint force of work,promoting the integration of Party building and central work.In order to further improve the the Party-and joint-building work in the external working area of Jianghan oilfield,we must adhere to the goal orientation to focus on the top-level design,to the problem orientation to make up for the weak links of work,and to the effect orientation to promote enterprise development.
