摘  要:中华绒螯蟹多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的合成能力一直是近年来的研究热点,由于目前对中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)多不饱和脂肪酸合成能力的认知有限,更加突出对其脂肪酸合成能力的研究的重要性。为了探讨不同脂肪源及不同脂肪酸饲料对中华绒螯蟹肝胰腺多不饱和脂肪酸合成相关基因表达的影响,本研究通过两组不同油脂饲料(不同脂肪源饲料和不同脂肪酸饲料)饲喂中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis),通过研究得出:(1)不同脂肪源饲料,随着饲料中鱼油比例减少、豆油比例的增加,脂肪酸延长酶ELOVL6在肝胰腺组织中的表达水平呈现显著升高的趋势;FAD6和FAD6b受不同脂肪源饲料的影响呈现相反的趋势,鱼油组促进了FAD6的表达,而亚麻油组促进了FAD6b的表达;FAD9受到饲料中不同脂肪源饲料影响不大,表达无显著性差异。(2)不同脂肪酸饲料,EPA饲料促进了ELOVL6基因的表达;而不同脂肪酸饲料对FAD6和FAD6b基因表达量的影响相似,相比于LA和LNA饲料,EPA和DHA饲料促进了FAD6和FAD6b的表达;FAD9受到饲料中不同脂肪酸影响不大,相比实验中其他脂肪酸饲料,LNA促进了FAD9的基因表达。本研究为进一步研究投产饲料中添加不同油脂对中华绒螯蟹多不饱和脂肪酸合成的影响提供理论基础。The synthetic ability of polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)in Eriocheir sinensis has been a hot topic in recent years.At present,the cognition of polyunsaturated fatty acid synthesis ability of Eriocheir sinensis is limited,and the study of its fatty acid synthesis ability is particularly important.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different oil sources feed and fatty acids feed on the expression of polyunsaturated fatty acid synthase genes in hepatopancreas of Eriocheir sinensis.It provides a theoretical basis for further study on the effects of different fat on the synthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acids in Chinese mitten crabs(Eriocheir sinensis).The results showed that the expression of ELOVL6 in hepatopancreas was significantly increased with the decrease of fish oil and the increase of soybean oil in different oil sources feed;The effect of different oil sources feed on FAD6 and FAD6 b showed a reverse trend,fish oil group promoted the expression of FAD6,while linseed oil group promoted the expression of FAD6 b;And FAD9 was not affected by different oil sources feed,there was no significant difference in FAD9 expression.The EPA feed promoted the expression of ELOVL6 gene in different fatty acids feed;And the effects of different fatty acids feed on the expression of FAD6 and FAD6 b genes were similar,compared with LA and LNA feed,EPA and DHA feed promoted the expression of FAD6 and FAD6 b;And FAD9 was not affected by different fatty acids feed,compared with other fatty acids feed,the LNA feed promoted the expression of FAD9.
