政府R&D补贴与新能源汽车企业创新绩效关系的实证分析——基于R&D支出和技术水平中介调节效应

摘　　要：本文利用深交所、上交所、巨潮资讯网等官方网站披露的21家新能源汽车上市公司2010~2017年面板数据,以企业R&D支出和技术水平为中介调节变量,定量分析政府R&D补贴与企业创新绩效之间的关系。研究发现:政府新能源汽车企业R&D补贴显著正向影响企业创新绩效,且对新能源汽车企业R&D支出有显著“挤入”效应,企业R&D支出部分中介了两者之间的关系,企业技术水平显著调节企业R&D支出与创新绩效之间的关系,政府R&D补贴对新能源汽车创新绩效的影响大于企业R&D支出对创新绩效的影响。本研究为评价现行政府R&D支持政策绩效、调整完善政府R&D补贴政策提供参考。Using panel data of 21 listed new energy carmakers from 2010 to 2017 disclosed by the official websites of Shenzhen Stock Exchange,Shanghai Stock Exchange and Juchao Information Network,this paper takes R&D expenditure and technological level of enterprises as mediation and moderation variables to quantitatively analyze the relationship between government R&D subsidies and enterprises’innovation performance.The research finds that government subsidies,with a great“crowding-in”effect on R&D expenditure of new energy carmakers,have a significant positive impact on innovation performance of the enterprises,and that enterprises’R&D expenditure partly intermediates the relationship of them with positive technological level’s regulating effect between enterprises’R&D expenditure and innovation performance.We also find that the influence of government R&D subsidies on innovation performance of new energy carmakers is greater than that of enterprises’R&D expenditure.This study provides reference for evaluating the performance of the current government’s R&D support policies.It can be referenced for adjusting and perfecting the government’s R&D subsidies policies.
