摘 要:目的:比较往复运动单支锉Reciproc Blue与连续旋转多支锉ProTaper Gold系统对感染根管内细菌的清除效果。方法:在40颗离体单根上颌中切牙根管内构建粪肠球菌感染模型,随后将所有样本随机分为4组,分别采用Reciproc Blue R25、ProTaper Gold、2%NaClO和0.9%NaCl进行机械化学预备。在预备前、后进行根管内取样,分析各组间根管内细菌负载量CFU减少百分比和对数减少值之间的差异。结果:Reciproc Blue组、ProTaper Gold组与2%NaClO组的CFU减少百分比之间无统计学差异(P>0.05,94.7%~99.5%),但均显著高于0.9%NaCl组[(58.2%±1.5)%](P<0.01)。Reciproc Blue组(2.19±0.35)和ProTaper Gold组(2.31±0.27)的CFU对数减少值之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),但均显著高于2%NaClO组(1.28±0.16)(P<0.05);0.9%NaCl组的CFU对数减少值(0.38±0.04)显著低于其它3组(P<0.01)。结论:往复运动单支锉和连续旋转多支锉系统均可高效降低感染根管内的细菌负载量。Objective:To compare the effectiveness of reciprocating single-instrument(Reciproc Blue)and rotating multi-instrument system(ProTaper Gold)for removal of bacteria from infected root canals.Methods:Root canal infection model of Enterococcus faecalis were constructed in 40 extracted single-rooted maxillary central incisors,which were randomly divided into four mechanochemical preparation groups(n=10 each):Reciproc Blue,ProTaper Gold,2%NaClO and 0.9%NaCl.Pre-and post-treatment samples were taken from each canal.Reductions of intracanal bacteria load(in CFU/mL)was expressed as percentage reductions and as log-reductions after log10-transformation of the CFU counts and analyzed with one-factor ANOVA.Results:Except for the negative control(58.2%±1.5%),no significant difference was found in the percentage CFU reduction among the other three groups(P>0.05,94.7%~99.5%).No significant difference was detected for log reduction of CFU counts between Reciproc Blue(2.19±0.35)and ProTaper Gold(2.31±0.27)(P>0.05).However,log reductions of CFU counts of both groups were significantly higher than that of 2%NaClO(1.28±0.16)(P<0.05).Log reduction of CFU counts of 0.9%NaCl(0.38±0.04)was significantly lower than any other group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both reciprocating single-instrument and rotary multi-instrument systems were highly effective in reducing intracanal bacteria.
