摘　　要：门静脉血栓形成(portal vein thrombosis,PVT)是肝硬化较常见的并发症,易使患者出现肝功能急性失代偿,严重影响患者预后。本文概要介绍PVT的流行病学、病因、临床表现、诊断和治疗(包括药物治疗和介入治疗)的最新研究进展。Portal vein thrombosis(PVT)is a common complication of liver cirrhosis,which can easily cause acute decompensation and seriously deteriorate the prognosis in these patients.The latest research progress in epidemiology,etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment(including medical treatment and interventional therapy)of PVT is outlined in the present paper.
