摘　　要：目的:观察NP方案不同时辰针刺法对肺癌化疗后患者的胃肠功能和免疫功能的影响。方法:选取符合化疗指标的肺癌患者68例,采用以顺铂为基础的NP化疗方案。按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组给予常规体针治疗,治疗组给予不同时辰针刺治疗。针刺足三里穴时连接胃肠电图仪,比较两组的临床疗效、胃经旺时与非旺时胃体、胃窦幅值及反应面积的变化及CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组;治疗后两组的CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均有所升高,CD8^+有所下降,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:NP方案不同时辰针刺疗法可通过改善患者的胃肠和免疫功能来提升肺癌患者的临床疗效,且安全、经济、操作简单,优于常规体针法。Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture at different time points on the gastrointestinal and immune function of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with lung cancer who met the chemotherapy target and underwent cisplatin-based NP chemotherapy were selected and divided into a control group(giving conventional body acupuncture treatment)and a treatment group(giving acupuncture treatment at different time)with 34 cases each based on a random number table method.A gastrointestinal electrogram instrument was connect when acupunctured at Zusanli.The clinical efficacy and the changes of gastric body,gastric antrum amplitude and reaction area during gastric meridian and non-wang and the levels of CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than the control group,and the levels of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+increased while CD8^+decreased after acupuncture at Zusanli,and furthermore the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy at different times of NP program can improve the clinical efficacy of lung cancer patients by improving the gastrointestinal and immune functions of patients,and is safe,economical,simple to operate and superior to the conventional body acupuncture.
