摘　　要：目的:调查分析我院住院精神分裂症患者精神药物使用的合理性。方法:对诊断为精神分裂症的患者使用的精神药物进行统计并依据相关文献进行分析。结果:364例患者抗精神病药物单药使用占59.36%,其中第二代抗精神病药累计构成比为97.04%;两药联用占38.01%,主要为第二代抗精神病药之间联用;部分病例三种抗精神病药联用;抗精神病药与辅助精神药联用占73.68%。结论:第二代抗精神病药是主要用药,药物联合使用较为常见,抗精神病药与辅助药联用占比较大。我院临床用药基本有证可循,但抗精神病药之间联合使用及与辅助药物的联合长期使用的临床证据尚不充分,医生应谨慎联合用药。Objective:To investigate and analyze the rationality of the use of psychotropic drugs in inpatients with schizophrenia in our hospital.Methods:The use of psychotropic drugs by patients diagnosed as schizophrenia were counted and analyzed based on relevant literature.Results:The use of single antipsychotic drug accounted for 59.36%in 364 patients,in which the cumulative proportion of second-generation antipsychotics was 97.04%and the combination of two drugs accounted for 38.01%,which mainly was the combination of second-generation antipsychotics.In some cases,the combination of three antipsychotics was used.The combination of antipsychotics and auxiliary psychotropic drugs accounted for 73.68%.Conclusion:The second-generation antipsychotics are the main drugs used in the treatment of schizophrenia in our hospital.The combined use of drugs is common and the combined use of antipsychotics and auxiliary psychotropic drugs accounts for a relatively large proportion.The use of drugs in our hospital is basically evidence-based,however,the clinical evidence for the combined use of antipsychotics and the long-term use of adjuvant drugs is insufficient and clinicians should pay great attention to the combined use of drugs.
