盐酸多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片对血管性痴呆患者认知功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片治疗血管性痴呆患者对认知功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取201701—201912义马煤业集团股份有限公司总医院血管性痴呆患者120例,依据随机数字表法分为盐酸多奈哌齐单独治疗组(单独治疗组,n=60)、盐酸多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片治疗组(联合治疗组,n=60),分析2组患者的认知功能、日常活动能力、生活质量、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组患者治疗后MMSE评分、BI评分、SF 36评分较治疗前的升高幅度均显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。在总有效率方面,单独治疗组为78.3%(47/60),联合治疗组为95.0%(57/60),后者显著高于前者(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,联合治疗组为11.7%(7/60),单独治疗组为6.7%(4/60),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片较盐酸多奈哌齐单独治疗更能有效改善血管性痴呆患者的认知功能及生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of donepezil hydrochloride combined with ginkgo biloba leaves on cognitive function and quality of life in patients with vascular dementia.Methods 120 cases of patients with vascular dementia from January 2017 to December 2019 in our hospital were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random table method:donepezil hydrochloride combined with ginkgo biloba leaf treatment group(combined treatment group,n=60)and donepezil hydrochloride alone treatment group(single treatment group,n=60).The cognitive functions,daily activity,quality of life,clinical efficacy,occurrences of adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the MMSE score,BI score and SF 36 score of the combined treatment group were significantly higher than the single treatment group(P<0.05).In terms of total effective rate,the combined treatment group was 95.0%(57/60),the single treatment group was 78.3%(47/60),the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.7%(7/60)in the combined treatment group and 6.7%(4/60)in the single treatment group.The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Donepezil combined with ginkgo biloba leaves is more effective than donepezil alone in improving cognitive function and quality of life in patients with vascular dementia.
