外伤性前房出血致继发青光眼药物治疗与手术治疗的效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性前房出血致继发青光眼药物治疗与手术治疗的效果。方法选取2016-03至2018-03在我院收治的100例外伤性前房出血致继发性青光眼患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(药物治疗)和观察组(手术治疗),分别比较两组治疗后及两组之间的眼压及视力情况。结果治疗后,两组患者平均眼压均低于治疗前,且观察组比对照组明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后视力均有不同程度的提高,且观察组比对照组视力明显更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外伤性前房出血致继发青光眼采用手术治疗的效果显著优于药物治疗,能够明显控制眼压,提高患者视力,临床值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of drug therapy and surgical treatment for secondary glaucoma caused by traumatic anterior chamber hemorrhage.Methods 100 patients with secondary glaucoma caused by traumatic anterior chamber hemorrhage treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group(drug therapy)and an observation group(surgical treatment).The intraocular pressure(IOP)and visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the mean IOP of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity of the two groups was improved after treatment,and the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of surgical treatment for secondary glaucoma caused by traumatic anterior chamber hemorrhage is significantly better than that of drug therapy,which can significantly control IOP and improve patients’visual acuity.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
