摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤剥除术对卵巢储备功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年12月收治的卵巢良性肿瘤患者51例进行回顾性分析。将其分为两组,25例为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(ovarian endometrioma,OMA),26例为非卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(non-endometrioma,non-OMA),比较术前及术后1个月血清抗苗勒氏管激素(anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH)水平,评估腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤剥除术对卵巢储备功能的影响。结果年龄与术前血清AMH水平呈显著负相关性(P<0.001);体质指数(body mass index,BMI)与AMH无相关性;两组术后AMH水平均较术前显著下降(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤剥除术对卵巢储备能力产生负面影响。Objective To determine whether ovarian reserve is compromised after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods A retrospective study was conducted among 51 women who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy at Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,South Branch of Fujian Provincial Hospital,China,between January 1 st,2017 and December15 th,2019.The patients were divided into ovarian endometrioma(OMA)group(n=25)and non-endometrioma(non-OMA)group(n=26).Serum level of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)was measured to assess ovarian function before undergoing the procedure(baseline)and at one month after surgery(postoperative period).Results Age was negatively correlated with the serum AMH level at baseline(P<0.001).No correlation was found between AMH and body mass index(BMI).Serum AMH levels were lower in the postoperative period versus the preoperative period in both two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy compromised ovarian reserve.
