摘  要:目的探讨辛伐他汀对伴2型糖尿病(T2DM)牙周病患者牙周膜成纤维细胞(PDLF)增殖分化的影响。方法采用体外酶消化联合组织块法分离培养伴T2DM牙周病患者PDLF。在培养液中加入不同浓度的辛伐他汀,分为对照组(0mol/L)和4个实验组(药物浓度分别为10^-8mol/L、10^-7mol/L、10^-6mol/L、10^-5mol/L),检测各组PDLF增殖能力和ALP活性。结果10^-7 mol/L的辛伐他汀能促进PDLF增殖和ALP活性,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论10^-7mol/L辛伐他汀能够促进伴T2DM牙周病患者PDLF的增殖分化,激发PDLF被高糖抑制的生物学活性,促进牙周组织的愈合修复。Objective To study the effect of simvastatin on the proliferation and differentiation of periodontal ligament fibroblasts(PDLF)in patients with periodontal disease complicated with T2 DM.Methods In vitro enzymatic digestion and tissue mass were used to isolate and culture PDLF from the patients with periodontal disease complicated with T2 DM.Different concentrations of simvastatin were added to the culture medium and divided into the control group(0 mol/L)and four experimental groups(10^-8 mol/L,10^-7 mol/L,10^-6 mol/L and 10^-5 mol/L)to detect the proliferation ability and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity of each group.Results 10^-7 mol/L concentration of simvastatin could promote the proliferation and ALP activity of PDLF in patients with periodontal disease complicated with T2 DM,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 10^-7 mol/L simvastatin can promote the proliferation and differentiation of PDLF in patients with peridontal disease complicated with T2 DM,stimulate the biological activity of PDLF inhibited by high glucose,and promote the healing and repair of periodontal tissues.
