摘　　要：随着互联网、移动互联网的蓬勃发展,以及智能手机的广泛应用,医疗行业也进入了“互联网+”时代,改变了人们的就医方式和习惯。为响应国家“互联网+医疗健康”发展要求,江苏省统筹开展了互联网医疗服务与监管平台建设。本研究分析了江苏省“互联网+医疗健康”的发展现状与存在的问题,提出了互联网医疗服务与监管平台建设思路。通过对省域平台的业务应用系统,包括“江苏省互联网医疗服务监管系统”和“江苏省互联网医疗服务系统”总体设计及系统功能架构的阐述,归纳提出了在资源共享,集约化建设;改善就医体验,实现便民惠民;提升监管能力,保障质量安全3个方面的应用效果,旨在为其他地区“互联网+医疗健康”建设提供借鉴。With the booming development of Internet and mobile Internet as well as the extensive application of smart phones,the medical industry has also entered the“Internet+”era,changing people's medical treatment methods and habits.In response to the national"Internet+healthcare"development requirements,Jiangsu province has built an Internet medical service and supervision platform.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of"Internet+healthcare"in Jiangsu province,puts forward the idea of the construction of the Internet medical service and supervision platform.We hope that it can provide reference for other regions.
