基于DNS冗余+负载均衡的中小型医院HIS高可用研究

摘　　要：目的构建一种基于软件方式实现的域名解析与负载均衡相结合的HIS高可用解决方案,在保证流量均衡、业务高可用的同时,降低建设及运维成本。方法针对现行方案的缺点,提出解决问题的总体方案,搭建域名系统、负载均衡服务器环境,选取VNSWRR作为负载算法,使用Keepalived+Tengine组成负载均衡架构,对高可用与负载均衡测试,综合模拟多种故障情况测试系统健壮性。结果实现医院HIS业务的域名访问和流量负载均衡效果。结论该方案可满足中小型医院HIS高可用需求,整体架构具有流量负载均衡、业务高可用、运维便捷、较低成本、非侵入性等特性,无论是应对日常业务的流量负载、链路故障,还是紧急情况下通过直接更改DNS解析指向的方式,临时快速恢复业务,均符合建设预期。Objective Build a software-based HIS high-availability solution that combines domain name resolution and load balancing to ensure traffic balance and high service availability while reducing construction and operation costs.Methods In view of the shortcoming of the current situation,an overall solution was proposed.A DNS and load balancing server environment were set up,VNSWRR was used as the load algorithm,Keepalived + Tengine were used to form a load balancing architecture,and comprehensively simulate multiple fault conditions to test the robustness of the system.Results Realized the domain name access and traffic load balancing effect of hospital HIS business.Conclusion This solution can meet the high availability needs of HIS in small and medium-sized hospitals.The overall architecture is characterized by traffic load balancing and high availability of business,convenient in operation and maintenance,low cost,and non-intrusiveness,etc.It has met the construction expectations in dealing with daily business traffic load,link failure,temporarily and quickly restore emergency events by directly changing DNS resolution points.
