摘　　要：为融入地方产业,服务区域经济社会发展,突出差异化专业培养,培养适应产业需求的创新技能型人才。分析嘉兴行业优势和产业环境,总结周边产业特征和发展趋势。从对接地方产业角度着手,围绕产业趋势需求展开课程体系构建、校企联合授课、实践平台建设、竞赛驱动实践等方面改革与探索,加强校内校外联动,聚焦学生设计实践,突出专业特色培养。得到行之有效的教学模式和方法。该方法为地方性服装设计专业人才培养提供参考。In order to being integrated into local industry,serving regional economy and community development,focusing on distinguished professional cultivation and nurturing skilled and innovative talents to meet the needs of the industry.A detailed analysis on industrial advantages and environment in Jiaxing has been made to conclude the featuring and development momentum of surrounding industries.Based on being integrated into local industry,this thesis centers on the reforms and explorations on industrial-demand-based curriculum system building,joint teaching of college and enterprises,building practice platform and competition-driven practice.Additionally,it proposes to beef up connectivity inside and outside the college,concentrate on students’design practice,focus on distinguished professional cultivation.This is how this thesis probe into feasible teaching mode and methods.This method can provide a constructive reference for cultivating local fashion design talents.
