摘　　要：目的:探究CT、MRI影像联合运用对直肠癌临床术前分期及对淋巴结阳性诊断准确率的价值。方法:选取直肠癌患者96例为研究对象,所有患者均需进行CT、MRI影像检查。根据患者的CT、MRI影像检查结果为患者进行直肠癌临床术前分期,与患者的手术病理检查结果相对比。并分析CT、MRI影像检查的淋巴结阳性诊断准确率。结果:直肠癌临床术前分期检查中使用CT、MRI影像联合检查得出的T1~T2期准确率和T3期准确率及T4期准确率均明显优于单独使用CT影像检查或单独使用MRI影像检查得出的T1~T2期准确率和T3期准确率及T4期准确率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT、MRI影像联合检查结果的总准确率和淋巴结阳性诊断准确率明显高于独使用CT影像检查或单独使用MRI影像检查结果的总准确率和淋巴结阳性诊断准确率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT、MRI影像联合检查在直肠癌临床术前分期检查中的应用价值非常大,可以为医生制定治疗方案制定有利的临床依据。并且也可以得出较高的淋巴结阳性诊断准确率,为医生判断淋巴结的转移提供依据,临床使用价值显著。Objective To explore the value of combined CTand MRI images in the preoperative staging of rectal cancer and the accuracy of positive lymph node diagnosis.Method Ninety-six patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object.All patients required CTand MRI imaging.According to the patient's CTand MRI imaging results,the patient's preoperative staging of rectal cancer was compared with the patient's surgical pathological examination results.And the accuracy of lymph node positive diagnosis by CTand MRI imaging was analyzed.Results The accuracy of T1~T2 and the accuracy of T3 and the accuracy of T4 were significantly better in the preoperative preoperative staging of rectal cancer using CTand MRI images.CTimaging alone or MRI imaging alone.The accuracy of T1~T2 and the accuracy of T3 and the accuracy of T4 were obtained,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total accuracy of the combined results of CTand MRI images and the diagnostic accuracy of lymph node positive diagnosis were significantly higher than the total accuracy and lymph node positive diagnostic accuracy of the results of CTimaging or MRI imaging alone,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of CTand MRI imaging in the preoperative staging of rectal cancer is very valuable,which can provide a favorable clinical basis for doctors to develop treatment plans.It can also be used to obtain a higher diagnostic accuracy of lymph node positive,and provide a basis for doctors to judge the metastasis of lymph nodes,and the clinical use value is significant.
