摘 要:鞋垫的足底压力舒适性对人们的穿着体验和足部健康有重要影响。在目前的研究中,对于硬度、厚度和足弓相对高度这三个因素如何影响鞋垫舒适性还存在着不小的争议,也没有完善的鞋垫舒适度研究体系。因此,本研究旨在通过研究硬度、厚度和足弓相对高度对鞋垫舒适性的影响,找到最符合人体舒适度要求的鞋垫硬度、厚度和足弓相对高度数据。本研究测试了25名成年男性受试者在穿着不同硬度、厚度和足弓相对高度的鞋垫行走时的足底压力数据,通过计算前掌、足弓和后跟部位的峰值压强和压强时间积分来评估鞋垫的舒适性。研究结果表明,鞋垫的硬度和足弓相对高度对足弓处的舒适性有显著影响(P<0.05);而鞋垫的厚度则对前掌处的舒适性影响较大。为满足舒适性,硬度33邵尔C;厚度前掌处4 mm,足弓处4~5 mm之间,后跟处5 mm;足弓相对高度+2 mm的鞋垫为最佳。本研究的发现为符合人体穿着舒适需求的鞋垫提供了设计思路和理论指导。The comfort of insole has an important impact on the feeling and health of feet when wearing shoes.However,in the current research,There are still controversies on how the hardness,thickness and relative height of the arch affect the comfort of insole,and there is also no all-round research system of insole comfort.Therefore,we aimed to find the most suitable insole hardness,thickness and arch relative height data by studying the influence of hardness,thickness and arch relative height on insole comfort.The plantar pressure data of 25 adult male subjects wearing insoles with different hardness,thickness and arch height during walking were measured.The peak pressure and pressure time integral of forefoot,arch and heel were calculated to evaluate he comfort of insole.The results showed that the hardness and arch relative height of insole had significant influence on the comfort at the arch(P<0.05),while the thickness of insole had a greater impact on the comfort of forefoot.Our study revealed that an insole with hardness of 33 shore C;thickness of 4 mm at the forefoot,4~5 mm at the arch of the foot,and 5 mm at the heel;and+2 mm relative height of the arch was the best to meet the comfort requirements.The findings of this study provide design ideas and theoretical guidance for insoles that meet the needs of human wearing comfort.
