摘  要:目的研究大鼠脊髓全横断损伤后损伤区神经细胞显微结构的改变。方法24只成年SD大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、T10完全横断伤后2 d组及T10完全横断伤后21 d组,每组8只。每组在脊髓损伤区域取材包埋电镜。结果与正常对照组相比,完全横断伤组神经胶质细胞呈不同形式的死亡,髓鞘肿胀,紊乱。完全横断伤后2 d损伤中心以细胞坏死为主。完全横断伤后21 d,灰质和白质内凋亡细胞增多。损伤后期胶质细胞增生明显。结论SD大鼠T10完全横断伤后出现神经细胞和髓鞘超微结构的凋亡,提示脊髓损伤后脊髓神经细胞会发生退行样变化。Objective To research the changes of ultrastructure of neural cells in damaged regions following complete transection of spinal cord.Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group,2 d after complete transfection group and 21 d after complete transfection group(n=8 in each group).The samples from the damaged spinal cord were implant-ed,stained and then observed under electron microscopy.Results Compared with normal control group,the glial cells died in various forms in complete transfection groups,with the swelling of myelin sheaths and disrupted structure.In 2 d group,the dead cells were mainly the necrotic cells in the lesion area.In 21 d group,the apoptotic cells were increased in both white and gray matters.In the latter period of injury,the hyperplasia of glial cells was obvious.Conclusion Apoptosis of nerve cells and myelin ultrastructure can be observed in SD rats after T10 complete transfection.It suggests that the degeneration of spinal cord nerve cells may occur after spinal cord injury.
