3月龄婴儿及其母亲喂养过程中的互动行为初探

摘　　要：目的观察分析3月龄婴儿及其母亲在哺喂过程中的行为表现,为构建我国婴儿早期母婴互动评价模式提供依据。方法本研究以11对3月龄正常婴儿及其母亲为研究对象,在儿童保健门诊的行为观察室及家庭两个不同场景中采集母婴哺喂过程的视频,依据Field的互动评估量表(Interaction Rating Scale,IRS)建立行为观察模型,通过视频行为编码评价母亲及婴儿在喂养过程中的行为表现,描述了不同环境下每对母婴的行为差异。结果在3月龄婴儿哺喂过程中母亲较频繁发生的互动行为依次为:对婴儿发声(81.8%)、注视婴儿(72.7%)、抚摸婴儿(72.7%);婴儿行为中发生率在前三位的依次为:肢体活动(72.7%)、中途松开(72.7%)、注视母亲(63.6%)、发声(63.6%)。母亲注视行为在观察室中的发生比例(90.9%)高于家庭(72.7%);婴儿发声行为在观察室出现比例(27.3%)低于家庭(63.6%)。结论哺喂过程中母亲及婴儿的互动行为主要表现为表情、语言和动作3个维度,其中注视、发声和抚摸婴儿/婴儿肢体活动可作为哺喂时母婴互动行为在3个维度的主要观察指标,观察环境可能对互动行为的发生产生影响。Objective To observe and analyze the behavioral behavior of 3-month-old infants and their mothers during feeding and to provide a basis for constructing an early mother-to-child interaction evaluation model in China. Methods 11 pairs of 3 month old babies and their mothers were selected as research objects. The videos of the mother and infant feeding process were collected in the behavior observation room of the child health clinic and at home. According to the Field’s Interaction Rating Scale( Interaction Rating Scale,IRS),a behavioral observation model was established. The behavior of mothers and infants during feeding was evaluated through video behavior coding,and the behavioral differences between mothers and infants in different environments was described. Results During the feeding of 3-month-old infants,the observed more frequent interaction behaviors of mothers was: vocalization to the infant( 81. 8%),gazing at the infant( 72. 7%),and touching the infant( 72. 7%). The top three behaviors of infant were: physical activity( 72. 7%),stopping sucking halfway( 72. 7%),gazing at mother( 63. 6%),and vocalization( 63. 6%). The incidence of maternal gaze behavior in the observation room( 90. 9%) was higher than that in the family( 72. 7%). The proportion of vocalization behaviors in the observation room( 27. 3%) was lower than that in the family( 63. 6%). Conclusion The interactive behaviors of mothers and infants during feeding are mainly expressed in three dimensions: expression,language,and movement. Among them,gazing,vocalizing and touching infant or infant’s limb movement can be the main observation indicators of mother-infant interaction in three dimensions during feeding. The occurrence of interactive behaviors may be influenced by the observed environment.
