摘　　要：目的了解不同教养方式下的多动症儿童父母育儿压力情况,为识别其育儿压力,指导其科学养育提供借鉴。方法选取在南通市妇幼保健院儿童保健科确诊的225例多动症儿童的父母为研究对象,采用简式育儿压力问卷(PSI-SF)评估父母育儿压力,采用家庭教养方式问卷评估父母的教养方式,比较民主型、专制型、溺爱型和放任型四类教养方式下的多动症儿童父母的育儿压力。结果四类教养方式在育儿愁苦、亲子互动失调、困难儿童维度及育儿压力总分上差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论父母的教养方式会影响育儿压力,在有多动症儿童的家庭中父母需要采取正确养育方式育儿,可以促进多动症儿童身心健康发展。Objective To investigate the parenting stress of ADHD children under different rearing styles,so as to provide reference for identifying their parenting pressure and guiding their scientific upbringing. Methods The parents of 225 children with ADHD diagnosed in the department of child health of Nantong maternal and child health hospital were selected as the object of study.The stress of parenting was assessed by the simplified child rearing stress questionnaire( PSI-SF),and the rearing style was evaluated by the family rearing style questionnaire. The parenting pressure of ADHD children under democratic,autocratic,indulgent and laissezfaire rearing styles were compared. Results There were significant differences among the four types of rearing styles in parenting sadness,parent-child interaction disorder,dimensions of children with difficulties and total scores of parenting stress( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Parents’ rearing styles will affect the parenting pressure. It is suggested that in families with ADHD children,parents need to adopt correct parenting methods,which can promote the development of physical and mental health of ADHD children.
