摘 要:针对常规磁矩测量技术或仪器中存在的测量设备昂贵和耗时等缺点,提出了一种新型的磁纳米粒子磁矩分布信息测量方法.依据郎之万顺磁理论研究一次谐波、三次谐波幅值信息与磁矩分布信息之间的耦合关系,构建测量模型并建立矩阵方程组,然后采用奇异值分解法求解矩阵方程反演得到磁纳米粒子的磁矩分布信息.仿真分析了磁矩分布测量方法,并通过搭建的磁矩分布测量实验系统,测量了磁纳米粒子样品的磁矩分布信息.仿真和实验结果表明:该方法能够快速准确获取磁纳米粒子的磁矩分布信息.A new method for measuring magnetic moment distribution of magnetic nanoparticles was proposed to overcome the problems of high cost and time-consuming in conventional magnetic moment measurement techniques.Based on the Langevin function paramagnetic theory,the coupling relationship between the first and third harmonic amplitude and magnetic moment distribution was studied to construct the measurement mode,then the matrix equation was established.And the magnetic moment distribution of magnetic nanoparticles was calculated by using singular value decomposition method to solve the matrix equation.The magnetic moment distribution measurement method was simulated,and the magnetic moment distribution information of the magnetic nanoparticle samples was measured by the experimental system of magnetic moment distribution measurement.The results by simulation and experiment show that this method can quickly and accurately obtain the magnetic moment distribution of magnetic nanoparticles.
