原发性肝癌患者外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞比例及凋亡情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨原发性肝癌患者外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞洞亡情况。[方法]选取2016年7月至2018年7月本院接治的64倒原发性肝癌患者为观察组,另外选取同期于本院接受体检的62例健康体检志愿者为对照组。比较研究对象外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞比例、外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞凋亡比例。[结果]观察组外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞比例低于对照组,观察组外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞凋亡比例显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNM分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期组外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞比例显著高于Ⅲ-Ⅳ期组,外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞凋亡比例明显低于Ⅲ-Ⅳ期组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组<60岁以及≥60岁患者外周血CD8^+T淋.巴细胞比例低于对照组,外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞凋亡比例高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]原发性肝癌患者外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞比例较正常健康人群降低,且TNM分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期原发性肝癌患者外周血CD8^+T淋巴细胞凋亡较为严重。[Objective]To explore the mechanism of CD8^+T lymphocyte apoptosis in peripheral blood of pa-tients with primary liver cancer.[Methods]Sixty four patients with primary liver cancer who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the observation group.and 62 healthy volunteers who re-ceived physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The propor-tion of peripheral blood CD8^+T lymphocyte and the apoptosis ratio of peripheral blood CD8^+T lymphocyte were compared.[Results]The proportion of peripheral blood CD8^+T lymphocytes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the apoptosis rate of peripheral blood CD8^+T lymphocytes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of CD8^+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of TNM stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ group was significantly higher than that of stageⅢ-Ⅳ group,and the apop-tosis rate of peripheral blood CD8^+T lymphocyte was significantly lower than that of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ(P<0.05).The proportion of peripheral blood CD8^+T lymphocytes in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group,and the apoptosis rate of peripheral blood CD8^+T cells in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The proportion of CD8^+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer is lower than that of healthy people,and the apoptosis of CD8^+T lymphocytes in pa-tients with TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ is more serious.
