摘　　要：为规范医院临床医疗管理质量及效率,同时为医院绩效管理提供数据支撑,我院在2016年逐步实施上线了基于条形码精细化管理模式的高值耗材管理系统。由于骨科涉及高值耗材数量大、品种繁杂,成为推动此项工作的重点和难点。为更好地应用软件对骨科高值耗材使用进行精细化管理,对骨科高值耗材管理系统和流程进行改造,避免了高值耗材的流失,简化计费模式、提高计费准确度,实现骨科耗材质检环节电子化,确保骨科耗材的安全使用。In order to standardize the quality and efficiency of clinical medical management of hospital and provide data support for hospital performance management,in 2016 our hospital gradually implemented and launched the high-value consumables management system based on the fine barcode management mode.Due to the large quantity and different varieties of high-value consumables involved in orthopedics,they have become the focus and difficulty in the promotion of this work.In order to better use the software for fine management of the use of high-value orthopedic consumables,the management system and process of orthopedic high-value consumables were reformed to avoid the loss of high-value consumables,simplify the billing mode,improve the billing accuracy,realize the electronization of the quality inspection of orthopedic consumables and ensure the safe use of orthopedic consumables.
