摘  要:目的了解2017年四川省中小学生龋齿患病现况,为龋病预防工作提供一定的数据基础。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法开展现况调查,收集四川省2017年19个市州23 842名7~18岁中小学生体检资料的龋齿数据。使用SPSS 20.0软件统计,采用卡方检验分析比较不同学段、性别、地区的学生龋齿患病情况。结果共调查23 842名学生,小学段患龋率高于初中段和高中段,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7 224.1,P<0.01);小学段填充率低于初中段和高中段,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。女生患龋率(28.47%)高于男生(21.24%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=168.29,P<0.01)。农村(28.47%)患龋率高于城市(21.24%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=19.79,P<0.01)。农村(3.9%)填充率低于城市(6.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=21.13,P<0.01)。结论小学段、女生和农村患龋率较高,小学段、农村填充率低,需重点关注。Objective To understand the prevalence of dental caries in primary and secondary school students in Sichuan province, and to provide some data for caries prevention. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the current situation of dental caries, and the caries data of 23 842 primary and secondary school students aged 7-18 were collected from 19 cities in Sichuan province in 2017. SPSS 20.0 statistical software and chi square test statistical method were used, the caries prevalence of students in different stages, genders and regions was analyzed and compared. Results The caries rate of 23 842 students in primary school was higher than that of middle school and high school,the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=7224.1,P<0.01);The filling rate of primary school was lower than that of middle school and high school(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant(average P<0.01).The caries rate of girls(28.47%) was higher than that of boys(21.24%), the difference was statistically significant(χ^2= 168.29, P<0.01);the caries rate of rural students(28.47%) was higher than that of urban students(21.24%), the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=19.79, P<0.01).The filling rate in rural areas(3.9%) was lower than that in urban areas(6.5%), the difference was statistically significant (X^2=21.13,P<0.01). Conclusion The caries rate in primary school,girls and rural areas is high,the filling rate in primary school and rural areas is low,which should be paid more attention to.
