摘　　要：目的查明2019年四川省首例输入性莱姆病病例发病情况及感染来源,为莱姆病的调查处置和临床诊疗提供参考。方法通过查阅住院病历、深度访谈患者调查了解患者诊疗信息、暴露史和可能的感染来源;采集患者血清送检国家疾控中心开展莱姆病抗体检测。结果患者在土库曼斯坦从事野外工作,2018-10患者在土库曼斯坦出现发热、肌痛等临床表现。在当地治疗无效后,于2018-11-20回国治疗,2019-01被四川H医院诊断为疑似莱姆病,后经中国疾控中心传染病所实验室检测莱姆病抗体阳性。结论该病例在土库曼斯坦从事野外工作期间感染发病,查阅相关文献,咨询相关及专家,本病例为四川省首例输入性莱姆病病例。Objective To find out the incidence and source of the first case of imported Lyme disease in Sichuan Province, in order to provide reference for the investigation and treatment of the disease. Methods By consulting the patient’s hospitalization information and interviewing the patient, the study understand the medical information, exposure history and possible sources of infection. This study collected the patient’s serum and sent it to China CDC for Lyme disease antibody detection. Results The patient worked in the field in Turkmenistan, and had clinical manifestations such as fever and myalgia in Turkmenistan in early October 2018. After the ineffective local treatment, the patient returned to China for treatment on October 22 and was diagnosed as suspected Lyme disease by a Sichuan Hospital in January 2019, and then tested for anti-borrelia burgdorferi antibody by the Laboratory of Institute for Communicable Disease of China CDC and showed positive. Conclusion The case is infected during field work in Turkmenistan.Based on current literature and the consultation of related experts,this case is identified as the first imported case of Lyme disease in Sichuan Province.
