果用乌饭扦插繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：采用4因素3水平正交试验,探讨不同生根剂种类、浓度、处理时间以及不同基质种类、木质化程度、插条长度对果用乌饭扦插平均生根率、平均根数、平均苗高、最长根长的影响。结果表明,截取8 cm长半木质化程度的插条,用200 mg/L IAA生根剂浸泡5 min后扦插于黄心土:稻谷壳(3∶1)基质中,生根效果及苗木长势均最佳;对果用乌饭扦插生根效果影响最大的因素为生根剂种类和插条木质化程度。The effects of different rooting agents,concentration,treatment time,substrate types,lignification degree and cutting length on the average rooting rate,average number of roots,average seedling height and longest root length of Vaccinium bracteatum cuttings were studied by the L9(34)orthogonal test.The results showed that the cuttings with 8 cm length and half lignification degree were soaked in 200 mg/L IAA rooting agent for 5 min and then planted in the medium of yellow soil and ice husk(3∶1),the rooting effect and seedling growth were the best.The most important factors affecting the rooting effect of Vaccinium bracteatum were the kinds of rooting agents and the lignification degree of cuttings.
