摘 要:针对发动机在试验中,中冷器对进气温度控制波动较大且温度调整响应速度慢的问题进行了详细的分析研究。通过对原有试验室水循环系统的结构和流程进行研究发现,原有试验室水循环系统管路结构原理较为简单,仅有一条主水路,无法使中冷器进水压力独立且稳定,导致中冷器对进气温度控制波动较大且温度调整速度慢,因此需在原有循环水路的基础上,增加一条主冷却水路直连测功机,同时增加一个高位水箱,以满足测功机所需的稳定的进水压力。原有主水路只连接中冷器,使中冷器进水压力独立且稳定,中冷器对进气温度控制平稳且极大地缩短了响应时间。通过试验和监测数据证明,改进后试验室水循环系统得到了极大的改善,满足了发动机中冷后进气温度和测功机稳定性的需求。In view of the problems of the engine in experiments,such as inter-cooled device the temperature adjustment of inlet temperature control volatile and slow response,the analysis and research were carried on in details.Through the research on the structure and flow of the original laboratory water circulation system,it was found that the structure principle of the original laboratory water circulation system was relatively simple,there was only one main waterway,which could not make the inlet pressure of the intercooler independent and stable,and leaded to large fluctuation of the inlet temperature control of the intercooler and slow temperature adjustment speed.Therefore,on the basis of the original circulation waterway,a dynamometer with the directly connected main cooling waterway and a high water tank were added to meet the stable inlet pressure required by the dynamometer.The original main waterway was only connected with the intercooler,which made the inlet pressure of the intercooler independent and stable,and the intercooler controlled the inlet temperature smoothly and greatly shortened the response time.It was verified by test and monitoring data that the improved water circulation system of the laboratory was greatly improved,which met the requirements of the temperature of cold inlet of the engine and the stability of the dynamometer.
