摘  要:目的:探讨肝素抗凝静脉血标本的保存方式、放置时间对微量元素五项测定的影响情况,选择最合适的标本保存方式和检测时间范围,为各医院实验室提供一个微量元素五项检测前血液标本质量控制参考方案。方法:采集受试者抗凝静脉血液标本后,采用不同的保存方式,在不同保存时间下,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对其进行微量元素五项检测,并对各组结果进行两两方差比较分析。结果:静脉血中5种微量元素的检测稳定时间是不一致的,不同的标本保存方式和不同的保存时间测定所得微量元素五项结果之间存在明显差异。结论:根据不同的标本保存方式要选择不同的时间段进行检测,才能保证微量元素五项检验结果的准确性和稳定性;建议将抗凝静脉血加入专用试剂后,放-20℃保存,在5周内完成检测。Objective:To investigate the effect of storage and storage time of heparin anticoagulant venous blood samples on the detection of trace elements,selecting the most suitable specimen preservation method and detection time rangeas well as to provide a reference scheme for the quality control of 5 trace elements for each hospital laboratory.Methods:After collecting the blood samples from the anticoagulant veins of the subjects,the samples were stored in different ways and at different times,we used flame atomic absorption spectrometry to detect 5 trace elements in the samples and made a comparative analysis of the results.Results:The stability time of 5 trace elements in venous blood is not consistent.There were significant differences among the 5 trace elements obtained by different methods of specimen preservation and different preservation times.Conclusion:In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the 5 trace elements test results,we should choose different time periods for testing according to different methods of specimen preservation.We suggest that blood samples should be added in special test reagent and stored at-20℃to 5 weeks for testing.
