口尝麻舌感在蒙药炮制中的应用及问题

摘　　要：以草乌为代表,就口尝麻舌感在蒙医中的应用、存在问题及代替方法等方面进行阐述,为麻舌感的可控化、客观化提供参考依据。认为麻舌感是蒙医学评价具有毒麻作用的药材,特别是草乌炮制的重要质控指标之一,但其客观性、可操作性均有欠缺。代替方法包括鸡胚绒毛膜尿囊血管试验、红细胞溶血试验和电子舌等。Taking Caowu(Aconitum Kusnezoffii) as a representative, the application, existing problems and alternative methods of tongue numbness in Mongolian medicine were elaborated, so as to provide reference for the controllability and objectification of tongue numbness. It is considered that the sense of tongue numbness is one of the important quality control indexes in Mongolian medicine, especially in the processing of Caowu(Aconitum Kusnezoffii), but its objectivity and operability are deficient. The alternative methods include chorioallantoic membrane vascular assay, erythrocyte hemolysis test and electronic tongue.
