摘 要:以重庆市合川区乡野步道云门试验段连接桥工程4#桥为工程背景,采用Midas Civil建立有限元全桥仿真模型,研究了V形墩刚构-连续梁桥在不同高度的撞击作用下V形墩的受力特点和变化趋势,同时对比分析了V形墩内部填充混凝土对V形墩抗撞击能力的影响。计算结果表明:在船撞作用下,桥梁结构应力不超过钢材的屈服应力,V形墩的弯矩最大值主要出现在墩底和撞击点位置,剪力最大值出现在撞击点两侧截面,位移最大值出现在撞击点及其附近位置;V形钢桥墩内部填充混凝土后可以在一定程度上减小船撞作用带来的弯矩、剪力和变形,增强桥墩的抗撞击能力;综合考虑船撞作用下V形墩的危害程度、工程造价以及顶升混凝土的施工风险,在工期较紧的情况下可以考虑不灌注混凝土。With the project of the 4#bridge of the connective bridges of the Yunmen Test Section of the country road in Hechuan Country of Chongqing being an engineering background,the finite element model of full bridge simulation was established by using Midas Civil.The force characteristics and variation trend of the V-shaped pier for the V-shaped rigid frame-continuous beam bridge under the action of different collision heights was studied.At the same time,the influence of the inner concrete filled with V-shaped piers on the collision resistance of V-shaped piers was compared and analyzed.The calculation results show that the structure stress of the bridge does not exceed the yield stress of the steel under the vessel-pier collision.The maximum bending moment of the V-shaped pier mainly appears at the bottom of the pier and the collision point.The maximum shear force appears on both sides of the collision point,and the maximum displacement appears at the collision point.The V-shaped steel pier can reduce the bending moment,shear force and deformation under the vessel-pier collision to a certain extent after filling the concrete and enhance the collision resistance of the pier.Considering the hazard degree of the V-shaped pier under the action of the vessel-pier collision,the construction cost and the construction risk of the pump-poured concrete,it is possible to consider the non-filling concrete in the case of tight construction period.
