摘  要:为了了解混合物的联合毒性对蝌蚪的影响,采用急性毒理实验方法研究了二氯苯氧氯酚(TCS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪毒性的半致死浓度(LC 50),结果显示,TCS在24、48、72、96 h对蝌蚪的LC 50为0.54、0.476、0.445、0.445 mg/L,SDBS在24、48、72、96 h对蝌蚪的LC 50为646.75、607.29、571.01、543.97 mg/L。在急性毒性实验基础上,进行了联合毒性实验。结果表明,蝌蚪在低浓度TCS、SDBS中暴露15 d后,单一组的TCS、SDBS对蝌蚪的生长发育都有着明显的抑制作用,并且TCS的抑制作用以及核异常率高于SDBS,TCS联合SDBS对蝌蚪生长发育的抑制作用及核异常率均高于单一组。通过相加指数法得出SDBS联合TCS表现出一定的协同作用。In order to understand the effect of the combined toxicity of the mixture on the tadpole,the acute lethality test method was used to study the semilethal concentration(LC 50)of triclosan(TCS)and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)on the toxicity of bufogargarizans.The results showed that the 24,48,72 and 96 h of TCS for the tadpole LC 50 were as 0.54,0.476,0.445,0.445 mg/L and the 24,48,72,96 h of SDBS for the tadpole LC 50 were 646.75,607.29,571.01 and 543.97 mg/L.Based on the acute toxicity test,a joint toxicity test was carried out.The results showed that after tadpoles were exposed to low concentrations of TCS and SDBS for 15 days,a single group of TCS and SDBS had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth and development of tadpoles,and the inhibitory effect of TCS and the rate of nuclear abnormality were higher than SDBS.TCS combined with SDBS inhibited the growth and development of tadpoles and the nuclear abnormality rate were higher than that of the single group.Through the additive index method,it is concluded that SDBS and TCS show a certain synergy.
