摘 要:采用层层自组装方式在木材表面负载壳聚糖/植酸钠/纳米Fe3O4复合膜,并设置壳聚糖、植酸钠与Fe3O4纳米粒子溶液质量百分浓度、木材浸泡时间以及组装层数为变量的多组试验,同一节点反复测试并取平均值以减少测量误差,探讨复合膜在木材表面的抗紫外线机理及复合膜较优的制备方法。结果显示,随着壳聚糖、植酸钠溶液与Fe3O4纳米粒子水溶液质量百分浓度的提高,试样浸泡反应时间的延长,木材表面组装膜层的增多均有利于制得抗紫外线性能更好的壳聚糖/植酸钠/纳米Fe3O4复合膜。In this paper,chitosan/sodium phytate/nano Fe3O4 composite membrane was loaded on the wood surfacewith alayer by layer self-assembly method,and several groups of experiments were set,with the mass percentage concentration of chitosan,sodium phytate and Fe3O4 nano particle solutions,the soaking time of wood and the number of assembly layers as variables.The same node was tested repeatedly and the average value was taken to reduce measurement errors,and the purple resistance mechanismof composite membrane on the wood surface and better composite membrane preparation methods were discussed.The result showed that with the increase in the mass percent concentration of chitosan,sodium phytate solution and Fe3O4 nano particle aqueous solution,the prolongation of sample soaking reaction time and the increase in wood surface assembly membrane,the chitosan/sodium phytate/nano Fe3O4 composite film with better UV resistanceperformance could be prepared.
