摘　　要：基于社会基础结构的视角,分析了社会基础结构的社会价值体系对经济统计社会价值取向的引导作用,即经济统计数据对社会价值的体现。沿着经济统计数据提供者——加工者——利用者的数据形成过程,探讨了经济统计学科方法论层次,结合当前新冠肺炎疫情有关统计问题对经济统计数据的特征进行了探讨。提出在利用和开发经济统计数据时应注重数据背后的微观经济的含义和数据测度方法。从社会基础结构的社会价值层面印证了经济统计是以社会问题导向的方法论科学,认为“一带一路”倡议的实践,为我国经济统计的特色发展提供了良好的发展机遇和挑战。Based on the perspective of social infrastructure,this paper analyzes the leading role of the social value system of social infrastructure to the social value orientation of economic statistics,that is,the embodiment of economic statistics on social value.Along with the process of data formation of economic statistics providers,processors and users,this paper discusses the methodology level of economic statistics and statistical issues related to the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation to the characteristics of economic statistics.It is suggested that we should pay attention to the meaning of microeconomics and the method of data measurement when using and developing economic statistical data.This paper proves that economic statistics is a methodology science guided by social problems from the social value level of social infrastructure,and holds that the practice of"one belt,one road"strategy provides good opportunities and challenges for the characteristic development of China's economic statistics.
