摘  要:在船舶进厂维修调试期间,自动舵简操台随动双通道操纵振荡的故障属于联调过程中常见的典型故障。文章从自动操舵系统构成的基本原理出发,采用建立故障树的分析方法,逐步定位故障点后排除故障。然后在工程分工界面上进行了必要研究,阐明了液压系统和电气控制系统之间的关系,可有效提升联调的工作效率,为类似故障问题的解决提供了一定技术参考。During the maintenance and commissioning of the ship,the failure of the autopilot simple operation platform to follow the dual-channel operation and oscillation is a typical fault that is common in the process of joint debugging.The article starts from the basic principle of automatic steering system,adopts the analysis method of establishing fault tree,and gradually locates the fault point to eliminate the fault.Then,the necessary research was carried out on the engineering division interface,and the relationship between the hydraulic system and the electrical control system was clarified,which can effectively improve the working efficiency of the joint debugging and provide a certain technical reference for solving similar fault problems.
