摘 要:宫颈癌在我国的妇科恶性肿瘤中位于第二位,仅次于乳腺癌,目前常采用手术、常规放化疗等方法治疗宫颈癌患者,但患者预后较差。立体定向放射治疗(SRS)是不同于普通适形放疗的治疗方法,能使辐射更为准确的照射靶区,可在提高照射剂量的同时,减少对正常组织的损伤。本文就宫颈癌的SRS治疗进行综述,分析其在宫颈癌中的应用进展,为宫颈癌治疗方式的选择提供理论依据。Cervical cancer is the second most common gynecological malignant tumors in China after breast cancer.Currently,surgery and routine chemoradiotherapy are often applied to treat cervical cancer patients,but their prognosis is poor.Stereotactic radiosurgery(SRS)is a treatment method different from ordinary conformal radiotherapy,which can make target volume irradiated more accurately with radiation.It can reduce the damage to normal tissues while increasing radiation dose.This article discusses SRS treatment for cervical cancer,and analyzes its application progress in cervical cancer in order to provide theoretical basis for the choices of cervical cancer treatment.
