知信行护理模式干预在晚期肺癌患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨知信行护理模式干预在晚期肺癌患者中的临床应用效果。方法 80例原发性肺癌患者均于广元市中心医院接受收治,时间为2018年5月至2019年5月,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,常规护理)和观察组(n=40,知信行模式护理干预)。比较两组护理干预前后患者的疾病自我管理能力、生存质量、护理干预后3个月时的Piper疲乏量表(PFS)评分及护理干预后1年的生存情况。结果干预后,观察组疾病自我管理能力各项评分、生存质量评分、干预后3个月后PFS评分和护理干预后1年生存率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对晚期肺癌患者实施知信行护理模式管理,能有效改善患者的疾病自我管理能力,减轻癌性疲乏,提高其生活质量,延长生存时间。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of knowledge,belief and practice nursing model intervention in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods All 80 patients with primary lung cancer were admitted to Guangyuan Central Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.They were divided into a control group(n=40,routine care)and an observation group(n=40,knowledge,belief and practice nursing model)according to the random number table method.The patients'disease self-management ability,quality of life,Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS)score at 3 months after nursing intervention,and survival at 1 year after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results After the intervention,the observation group's disease self-management ability score,quality of life score,PFS score 3 months after intervention and 1-year survival rate after nursing intervention were better than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge,belief and practice nursing model for patients with advanced lung cancer can eff ectively improve their disease self-management ability,reduce cancer fatigue,improve their quality of life and prolong their survival time.
