非典型抗精神病药物治疗痴呆精神行为症状患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究痴呆精神行为症状患者采用非典型抗精神病药物治疗的临床效果。方法 2017年4月至2019年7月,随机选取本院132例痴呆精神行为症状患者作为研究对象,按照双盲法分为两组,各66例,全部患者均予以美金刚与多奈哌齐常规抗痴呆治疗。对比组患者不采用抗精神病类药物治疗;试验组患者选择非典型抗精神病药物治疗,包括奥氮平、喹硫平以及利培酮药物。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、日常生活质量评分。结果对比组患者治疗总有效率为66.67%,明显低于试验组的84.85%,两组数据比较,P <0.05;对比组患者不良反应发生率30.30%,高于试验组患者的15.15%,两组数据比较,P <0.05;治疗后6个月后,两组患者的日常生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且试验组患者明显高于对比组,两组数据比较,P <0.05。结论痴呆精神行为症状患者采用非典型抗精神病药物治疗的临床效果显著,可明显减少患者的不良反应发生率,提高其日常生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effects of atypical antipsychotics in patients with mental and behavioral symptoms of dementia.Methods From April 2017 to July 2019,132 patients with mental and behavioral symptoms of dementia in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method,with 66 cases in each group.All patients were given memantine and donepezil conventional anti-dementia treatment.Patients in the comparison group were not treated with antipsychotic drugs;patients in the test group were treated with atypical antipsychotic drugs,including olanzapine,quetiapine,and risperidone.The total eff ective rate of treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of daily life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total eff ective rate of treatment in the comparison group was 66.67%,which was signifi cantly lower than the 84.85%in the test group.Comparison of the two groups'data,P<0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions in the comparison group was 30.30%,which was higher than 15.15%in the test group.Comparison of the two groups of data,P<0.05;6 months after treatment,the quality of daily life scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before treatment,and the test group was signifi cantly higher than the comparison group.Comparison of the two groups of data,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with mental and behavioral symptoms of dementia have signifi cant clinical eff ects with atypical antipsychotics,which can signifi cantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients and improve their quality of daily life.
