金纳多注射液治疗血管性痴呆患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨金纳多注射液治疗血管性痴呆患者的临床疗效。方法 88例血管性痴呆患者均于大连市第四人民医院接受治疗,时间为2017年5月至2018年3月,根据随机数字表法分为常规组(n=44,采取常规药物治疗)与联合组(n=44,采取常规药物加金纳多注射液治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效;治疗前后认知功能评分、生活能力评分、病情改善时间、总住院时间、不良反应发生情况。结果联合组患者总有效率、认知功能评分、生活能力评分、病情改善时间、总住院时间相比常规组更好,P <0.05。两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显统计学差异,P> 0.05。结论常规药物加金纳多注射液治疗血管性痴呆患者的效果理想,可有效加速对患者病情的改善,缩短患者的住院时间,改善患者的认知功能和生活能力,且并未增加不良反应,具有较好的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ginaton injection in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia.Methods A total of 88 patients with vascular dementia admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the conventional group and the combined group,with 44 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional drugs,and the combined group was treated with conventional drugs plus ginaton injection.The clinical effi cacy;cognitive function scores and living ability scores before and after treatment;time to improvement,total length of hospital stay;occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total eff ective rate,cognitive function score,living ability score,improvement time,and total length of stay in the combined group were better than those in the conventional group,P<0.05.There was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion The conventional drug plus ginaton injection is eff ective in treating patients with vascular dementia.It can eff ectively accelerate the improvement of the patient's condition,shorten the patient's hospital stay,improve the cognitive function and living ability of patients,and does not increase adverse reactions,it has good safety.
