喹硫平联合谷维素对老年精神分裂症临床疗效及糖脂代谢的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究喹硫平联合谷维素对老年精神分裂症临床疗效及糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2019年7月在本院接受治疗的97例老年精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组(n=49)和对照组(n=48)。实验组给予喹硫平联合谷维素治疗,对照组单纯采用喹硫平治疗,观察两组临床治疗疗效及糖脂代谢水平。结果治疗前,两组患者临床总体印象量表(CGI)、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组CGI、PANSS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖浓度均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗前后,两组组间总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白比较差异无统计学意义。结论对老年精神分裂症患者应用喹硫平联合谷维素治疗,能显著提升治疗疗效,且对糖脂代谢无较大影响,能有效减少代谢紊乱情况的发生,用药安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of quetiapine and oryzanol on clinical efficacy and glucose and lipid metabolism in senile schizophrenia.Methods 97 elderly patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=49)and the control group(n=48).The experimental group was given quetiapine combined with oryzanol,and the control group was treated with quetiapine alone.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups and the effect on glucose and lipid metabolism were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the CGI and PANSS scores between the two groups of patients.After treatment,the CGI and PANSS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol,total triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,and low density lipoprotein of the two groups before and after treatment.After treatment,the fasting blood glucose levels of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in total cholesterol,total triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,and low density lipoprotein between the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of quetiapine and oryzanol in elderly patients with schizophrenia can significantly improve the treatment effect,and has no significant effect on the metabolism of glucose and lipids.It can effectively reduce the occurrence of metabolic disorders.It is safe to use and is worth popularizing.
