立体定向靶向微创手术应用于脑肿瘤治疗的效果观察及对ADL评分影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨立体定向靶向微创手术应用于脑肿瘤的临床治疗效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2018年7月本院收治的88例脑肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各44例。研究组行立体定向靶向微创手术治疗,对照组行开颅肿瘤切除术治疗。比较两组脑肿瘤患者治疗效果及远期预后。结果治疗前,两组NIHSS量表、ADL量表评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组NIHSS量表评分低于治疗前,ADL量表评分高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组NIHSS量表评分低于对照组,ADL量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑肿瘤患者利用立体定向靶向微创手术治疗,有利于保障其获得更优的神经功能及生活能力改善效果,对保障患者远期预后、降低疾病复发率及致死率均具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of stereotactic targeted minimally invasive surgery on the clinical treatment of brain tumors and its impact on patients'quality of life.Methods 88 patients with brain tumors admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The study group underwent stereotactic targeted minimally invasive surgery,and the control group underwent craniotomy.The treatment results and long-term prognosis of the brain tumor patients between the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of NIHSS scale and ADL scale between the two groups.After treatment,the NIHSS scale scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the ADL scale score was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scale score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the ADL scale score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stereotactic targeted minimally invasive surgery in patients with brain tumors is beneficial to ensure better neurological function and improvement of life ability,and it has positive significance for ensuring long-term prognosis and reducing the recurrence rate and disease mortality.
