根尖切除加直视根管倒充填一次完成术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨根尖切除加直视根管倒充填一次完成术的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月在本院接受治疗的80例慢性根尖周炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受根尖刮治术,观察组接受根尖切除加直视根管倒充填一次完成术。比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率与治疗前后生活质量评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组心理状况、生理状况、物质生活、社会角色评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组心理状况、生理状况、物质生活、社会角色评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规根尖刮治术相比,根尖切除加直视根管倒充填一次完成术可显著提高患者临床治疗总有效率,改善生活质量,临床应用价值更高。Objective To explore the application value of apical resection plus direct root canal filling for once.Methods Eighty patients with chronic periapical periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received apical curettage,and the observation group received apical resection plus open root canal filling for once.The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in psychological status,physiological status,material life,and social role scores between the two groups;after treatment,the psychological status,physiological status,material life,and social role scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional apical curettage,apical resection plus direct root canal filling for once can significantly improve the total clinical treatment efficiency of patients,improve the quality of life,and the clinical application value is more higher.
