摘　　要：目的探讨分别采用电子计算机断层扫描(CT)与磁共振成像(MRI)诊断卵巢囊腺瘤的临床价值。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月本院收治的卵巢囊腺瘤患者50例,分别开展CT、MRI检查,以术后病理检查结果为金标准,比较两种检查的诊断准确率以及不同性质肿瘤的相关指标。结果经病理检查得知,囊腺癌11例,交界性浆液性囊腺瘤1例,黏液性囊腺瘤12例,浆液性囊腺瘤26例。CT诊断准确率为94.00%(47/50),MRI诊断准确率为90.91%(10/11),两组诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义。囊腺癌、黏液性囊腺瘤与浆液性囊腺瘤患者在年龄、病变直径、肿瘤内部结构、囊腔CT值方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病灶部位比较差异无统计学意义。结论针对卵巢囊腺瘤患者,CT、MRI诊断准确率均较高,均能为卵巢囊腺瘤良恶性诊断提供依据。Objective To explore the clinical value of computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of patients with ovarian cystadenoma.Methods A total of 50 patients with ovarian cystadenoma admitted to our hospital were enrolled in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019.CT and MRI were performed.Taking the results of postoperative pathological examination as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy of the two examinations and the relevant indicators of tumors of different natures were compared.Results According to pathological examination results,there were 11 cases of cystadenocarcinoma,1 case of borderline serous cystadenoma,12 cases of mucinous cystadenoma,and 26 cases of serous cystadenoma.The diagnostic accuracy of CT was 94.00%(47/50)and MRI was 90.91%(10/11).There was no significant difference of diagnostic accuracy between the two examinations.There was statistically significant difference in age,lesion diameter,tumor internal structure,and CT value of cyst cavity among cystadenocarcinoma,mucinous cystadenoma and serous cystadenoma patients(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in lesion site among these patients.Conclusion For patients with ovarian cystadenoma,For patients with ovarian cystadenoma,the accuracy of CT and MRI diagnosis was both high,which can provide a basis for the diagnosis of ovarian cystadenoma.
