摘  要:采用口腔灌胃染毒的方式,研究2,2′,4,4′-四溴联苯醚(BDE-47)对9周龄C57BL/6J雄性小鼠的急性毒效应.小鼠随机分为对照组和BDE-47处理组.对照组小鼠灌胃玉米油,BDE-47小鼠分别灌胃1150,1610,2254,3155和4418mg/kg剂量的BDE-47溶液.记录暴露0~24h的小鼠体质量.采用改进寇氏法检测BDE-47的半数致死剂量(LD50)和95%可信限.结果表明,暴露24h后,小鼠体质量随BDE-47剂量升高而降低;BDE-47对9周龄C57BL/6J雄性小鼠的LD50为2309mg/kg,LD50的95%可信限为1912~2788mg/kg;BDE-47急性毒性的靶器官主要为神经系统、消化系统、泌尿系统及眼.This study was aimed to explore the oral acute toxicity of 2,2,4,4-tetrabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-47)in male C57 BL/6 Jmice of 9 weeks old.Mice were orally gavaged with corn oil or different dose of BDE-47(1150,1610,2254,3155 or 4418 mg/kg body weight).Body weight after 0 and 24 hexposure was obtained.The median lethal dose(LD50 value)and 95%confidence interval were estimated by improved-Karber’s method.Our results showed that BDE-47 caused a dose-dependent reduction of body weight of mice.The LD50 value was 2308.9 mg/kg and 95%confidence interval were 1912.39~2787.66 mg/kg.The main target organs of BDE-47 were nervous system,gastrointestinal tract,urinary system and eyes.
