摘  要:人才竞争是现代企业增强市场竞争力的重要资源,随着经济新常态下饲料产业供给侧结构性改革的全面推进,管理人才在创造和提升企业市场竞争优势方面呈现出更为突出的引擎驱动作用。饲料企业推进产品迭代升级,迎合环保标准,形成企竞争优势都离不开一批复合型、职业化和专业化水平高的管理人才。饲料企业管理人才培训应着力造就兼具任命型和自发型两种特质的复合型管理人才,更好发挥团队成员的整体合力。明确饲料企业管理人才培训的价值取向,树立自我觉醒、对话协同、重塑组织的价值取向,存在精准靶定复合型人才储备不足、职业化水平有待提升、工具主义思想亟待转变等问题,通过提供优质培训内容、构建多元培训模式、打造培训资源集约平台等路径,在推动企业管理人才自我觉醒、集约资源和共享智慧的基础上,为饲料企业突破饲料企业的成长拐点和发展瓶颈赢得竞争优势。Human resource competition is an important strategic resource for modern enterprises.With the comprehensive promotion of feed industry supply side structural reform in the new normal of economy,managerial personnel has played a more prominent engine driving role in creating and improving the competitive advantage of enterprises in the market.In order to promote the iterative upgrading of products,meet stricter environmental protection standards,and form competitive advantages,feed enterprises have to cultivate a group of compound,professional managerial personnel.The basic orientation of management personnel training in feed enterprises should be foster characteristics of appointment and self-development talents,so as to make full use of the overall force of team members.Clarify the value orientation of managerial personnel training in feed enterprises is the prerequisite for feed enterprises to improve the quality of managerial personnel and break the inflection point of growth.It is necessary to establish the value orientation of self awakening,dialogue and coordination,reshaping the organization,accurately target the problems such as insufficient compound talent reserve,the level of vocational education to be improved,and the management thought to be transited.Through providing high-quality training help enterprise managerial personnel to realize self awakening,setting up intensive resources to share wisdom through collaborative cooperation,so as to break the inflection point and development bottleneck of feed enterprises,and win the industry’s competitive advantage.
