摘　　要：目的:分析消化道肿瘤手术的无瘤配合方法。方法:2017年7月-2018年7月收治消化道肿瘤患者40例,成立无瘤技术配合小组,结合现有设备条件,制定无瘤技术的配合方法,安排小组工作人员进行统一的配合操作,执行结合多种因素制定的方法。结果:40例患者中,治疗有效38例,总有效率为95%;无瘤配合方式在消化道肿瘤手术具有非常突出的作用,整体效果明显。结论:为消化道肿瘤患者手术过程中实施无瘤技术,可有效减少癌细胞扩散和转移,且疗效显著。Objective:To analyze the non-tumor technique cooperation method in digestive tract tumor surgery.Methods:From July 2017 to July 2018,40 patients with digestive tract tumors were admitted,a non-tumor technical cooperation team was set up,combined with the existing equipment conditions,a non-tumor technical cooperation methods was formulated,arranged team members to carry out unified coordination operations and implement methods formulated by combining multiple factors.Results:Of the 40 patients,38 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 95%.The non-tumor technique cooperation method had a very prominent effect in digestive tract tumor surgery,the overall effect was obvious.Conclusion:The non-tumor technique for digestive tract tumor surgery can effectively reduce the spread and metastasis of cancer cells and the curative effect is remarkable.
