检测血清CEA及CA199水平在腹部肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析血清CEA与CA199水平在腹部肿瘤临床诊断中的应用效果。方法:2018年8月-2020年2月收治腹部肿瘤患者63例,作为研究组;选择同时间进行健康体检的健康人63例,作为参照组。检测两组血清CEA、CA199等指标水平,观察检测结果。结果:研究组血清CEA及CA199水平均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对腹部肿瘤患者的诊断,血清CEA与CA199水平检测的效果较好,该方案的可行性较高。Objective:To explore the application value of detection of serum CEA and CA199 levels in the diagnosis of abdominal tumors.Methods:From August 2018 to February 2020,63 patients with abdominal tumor were selected as the study group.63 healthy people who had physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.Serum CEA,CA199 and other indicators were detected in the two groups,and the detection results were observed.Results:The serum CEA and CA199 levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the diagnosis of abdominal tumor patients,the detection effect of serum CEA and CA199 levels is good,and the feasibility of this scheme is high.
