摘　　要：目的观察飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SIMLE)的并发症.方法回顾性研究.分析长春爱尔眼科医院2016年5月至2019年5月近视768例(1500眼)行SMILE矫正的临床资料,观察其并发症.结果术后并发症共21眼(1.40%),其中弥漫性板层角膜炎3眼(0.20%),角膜基质层间雾状浑浊4眼(0.27%),感染1眼(0.07%),欠矫3眼(0.20%),过矫3眼(0.20%),屈光回退2眼(0.13%),切口处上皮植入1眼(0.07%),角膜帽下异物2眼(0.13%),角膜板层层间微皱褶2眼(0.13%).结论SMILE并发症较少,手术安全性、稳定性较好.Objective To observe the complications of femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE).Methods This was a retrospective study.The clinical data of 1500 eyes of 768 cases of myopia who underwent SMILE from May 2015 to May 2019 in Changchun Aier Eye Hospital were analyzed.The operative complications were observed.Results The operative complications occurred in 21 eyes(1.40%),including diffuse lamellar keratitis in 3 eyes(0.20%),corneal stromal haze in 4 eyes(0.27%),infection in 1 eye(0.07%),under correction and over correction both in 3 eyes(0.20%),refractive regression in 2 eyes(0.13%),epithelial implantation in the incision in 1 eye(0.07%),foreign body under the corneal cap in 2 eyes(0.13%),and lamellar microfold in 2 eyes(0.13%).Conclusion There are few complications of SMILE,and the operation is safe and stable.
