摘 要:世界上对西伯利亚狍的分类和系统地理格局划分意见不一,目前普遍认为将西伯利亚狍分为Capreolus pygargus pygargus、Capreolus pygargus tianschanicus、Capreolus pygargus melanotis 3个亚种。本研究对中国小兴安岭地区的西伯利亚狍(40份样品)的线粒体DNA Cyt b部分序列进行分析,共扩增出32条序列,获得9个单倍型。并利用从GenBank下载的来自世界各地的40条西伯利亚狍的线粒体DNA Cyt b序列分析西伯利亚狍的系统地理状况。系统发育和单倍型网络分析结果表明,西伯利亚狍由4个单倍群组成:A由俄罗斯远东地区(Khabarovsk、Yakutia)和韩国济州岛的单倍型组成。B由哈萨克斯坦、俄罗斯西伯利亚地区(Sverdlovsk、Irkutsk)和波兰等地区的单倍型组成。C由中国东北地区的单倍型组成。D由蒙古地区的单倍型组成。本文研究结果与西伯利亚狍亚种分类相吻合,且认为西伯利亚狍具有清晰的系统发育关系和地理模式,此外,根据研究成果对西伯利亚狍的保护和管理提出了建议。Opinions differ on the classification and global phylogeographic distribution of Capreolus pygargus.C.pygargus is generally considered to consist of three subspecies:C.p.pygargus,C.p.tianschanicus,and C.p.melanotis.We studied the partial sequence of mitochondrial DNA Cytochrome b gene(Cyt b)gene of C.pygargus(40 samples)in the Lesser Xing an Mountains of northeast China.In total,32 sequences were amplified,and 9 haplotypes were obtained.Forty additional sequences of the Cyt b gene of C.pygargus(downloaded from GenBank)from all over the world were added to analyze the phylogeography of C.pygargus.Phylogenetic and haplotype network analysis results showed that C.pygargus was composed of four clusters.Cluster A was composed of haplotypes of the Far East region of Russia(Khabarovsk,Yakutia)and Jeju island of South Korea.Cluster B was composed of haplotypes representing Kazakhstan,Siberia(Sverdlovsk,Irkutsk),and Poland.Cluster C was composed of haplotypes from northeast China.Cluster D was composed of haplotypes from the Mongolian region.The results of this study are consistent with the subspecies classification of C.pygargus,and it is believed that C.pygargus has a clear phylogenetic relationship and geographical model.We offer recommendations for conservation and management of C.pygargus based on our results.
