摘　　要：公安院校卓越法律人才培养是深入推进公安教育改革和培养现代化应用型法律专门人才的重要举措。当前公安院校卓越法律人才培养面临着法学专业与公安专业有机衔接不够、法学专业教育投入不足、师资队伍建设能力不足等困境,需要将课程思政渗入法律教学、突出学生创新能力培养、加强师资队伍建设、强化法学教育熏陶、突出公安职业特色法学实践教学、深化校局合作和充分利用现代化教学资源,力求实现法学教育为公安教育提供养分支持,公安教育反哺法学教育繁荣的互动与双赢。The training of outstanding legal personnel in police colleges is an important condition for deepening the reform of police education and cultivating modern applied legal professionals.At present,the cultivation of outstanding legal talents in police colleges and universities,facing the difficulties of insufficient organic connection between the law major and the police major,insufficient investment in law major education,and insufficient faculty construction ability,needs to put ideological content into the law curriculum system,focus on the training of students'innovation ability,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,strengthen legal education edification in the public security professional,highlight law practice teaching in the public security occupation,deepen the cooperation between colleges and public security organs,and make full use of modern teaching means.The law education in police colleges and universities should reflect the characteristics of the police and serve the police work.The law education should provide nutrient support for the police education which feeds back the prosperity of the law education,so as to realize the interaction and win-win situation.
