摘 要:以多模态为研究视角,考察了英国和中国各30家五星级酒店简介的多模态和语篇互动意义之间的关系,并对中英酒店在互动意义修辞策略的异同进行了对比。结果表明,中英酒店都通过视觉图像和文本两种模态,从接触、社会距离和态度来呈现酒店一方和公众的互动意义,通过提供图像再现接触意义,借助镜头、拍摄视角、文本体现社会距离和态度。英国酒店侧重采用短镜头和正面视角修辞策略,文本文体较非正式,凸显信息功能;中国酒店则采用长镜头和斜视角修辞策略,文本文体正式,兼具信息功能和美学价值。In this study,hotel introductions of thirty London and thirty Wuhan five-star hotels were analyzed,with the purpose of investigating the relations between multimodality and the interactive meaning,and comparing the similarities and differences of the strategies in interactive meaning between Chinese and English hotel introduction discourse.Results show that Chinese and English hotel discourse present the interactive meaning from contact,social distance and attitude through visual image and text modal,constructing contact by offer image,showing social distance and attitude by lenses,shooting angles and text encoding strategy.English hotels focus on the rhetorical strategies of close-up shot,frontally horizontal angle,and the texts are informal,highlighting the informational function.However,Chinese hotels lay stress on the rhetorical strategies of long shot,obliquely horizontal angle,and the texts are formal,combining the informational function with aesthetic value.
